Park City and Deer Valley

Park City

Park City constitutes Old Town and the surrounding neighborhoods of Thaynes Canyon, Aspen Springs, Park Meadows and Prospector. Old Town remains the historic center of Park City, since its inception as a hotbed of mining in 1869. Located beneath the pristine ski runs of Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Lift, Main Street is now lined with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and bars, but the original “Old West” feel reigns. To the west, Thaynes Canyon and Aspen Springs offer beautiful tree-lined streets and are adjacent to the iconic white McPolin Barn. Park Meadows and Prospector are ideal for families of all ages, with easy access to the Round Valley trails, local recreation venues and area schools. Diverse in many ways, from demographics to the cost of housing, Park City affords opportunities for everyone.
